Founded by Mike McGrew, an industry veteran with over a decade of experience managing projects and advising C-suite teams, Upper Vee was born from a clear need. Mike has seen firsthand how easily projects can stall due to common challenges such as poor communication, legacy tech stacks, inaccurate forecasting, and lack of transparency – costly problems that affect the entire value chain.
